ERGO Industrial is a division of ERGO Versicherung AG which is, in turn, a part of ERGO Group AG. Our aim in the medium term is to offer primary lead property and primary casualty tailor-made insurance solutions for large industrial and commercial enterprises but initially we will focus on follow and excess participations. Local underwriting authority coupled with a strong and close working relationship with our German parent means that we have the resilience to take on challenges.
Across all lines, the ERGO Group wrote approximately €18 billion in 2014. We carry an S&P rating of AA-.
